Review: Asher

Asher Asher by T.S. Joyce
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Wolves of Winter's Edge is three books about three brothers, each with secrets and damage that needs repaired, each needing a mate but not realizing it and bound to a place they think they hate and a father they think destroyed them. As each digs into what is going on they learn that their parents made choices, maybe bad choices, but choices no the less aimed at protecting and giving their boys a long and happy life.

Asher is the oldest and has the most demons. He also remembers the most about his childhood, and is the one who leads the brothers on their quest for the answers. He doesn't want the role as pack leader but it was born into him and there is nothing he can do to deny it.

Enter Ashlyn, she is Blaire's best friend and is determined that Blaire has fallen into a cult and she is going to rescue her and bring her back to the real world. What Ashlyn never counted on was that Blaire is truly in love and happy and has a new life, and Ashlyn feels the sting of loss and doesn't know how to react, she also doesn't know how to react to Asher.

This book is the third and focuses on Asher, but finishes the story of the Striker brothers and their quest to save the town their parents loved.
